Task-based ‘tasklearn’ modules

‘tasklearn’ modules are short, practical and focused on job tasks
Instead of long courses with lots of detail that most learners struggle to process and remember, ‘tasklearn’ is micro-learning modules based around a specific task

For example, instead of a “Forecourt” course with many modules, lots of detail and a long assessment, ‘tasklearn’ modules are split into the main tasks on the forecourt such as:

  • How to guide a customer to the pump
  • How to greet a customer on the forecourt
  • How to OFFER full service on the forecourt
  • How to confirm the grade and amount
  • How to thank a customer and say goodbye

But, it doesn’t stop there, there are also other tasks such as:
